Our use of cookies  

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

What do we use the information for? 

We use this information to make each visit more rewarding and to provide us with information to help improve our service. We do not know the identities of people who visit our marketing website. You can view the cookies we set at the end of this document. 

Embedded content and managing cookies

 On some pages we embed video such as YouTube or provide links to popular social media sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn.  These services may set cookies on your device.  These cookies are called ‘third party cookies’ and are beyond the control of Phlo Technologies. 

Using webchat 

We operate a messaging system called Intercom, noted in our Privacy Policy. The Intercom cookie collects information when you use the service and it is necessary for our webchat communications channel. We log your query to help us resolve it, and to improve our services in the future. Please do not communicate information about your specific medical condition when using Intercom.  

Other websites

 Our Privacy Policy only relates to information that Phlo Technologies obtains from you. If you visit a website operated by a third party through a link included on this website, your information may be used differently by the operator of the linked website. 

When you navigate to another site, we advise that you read the privacy notice relating to that website. 

Cookies we use

Social media and third party cookies

We use Workable to present details of vacancies at Phlo. Workable hosts our data on their service, which delivers a set of cookies including Google Analytics that Phlo and its cookie management system cannot influence. 

We use YouTube to host our video content, which delivers its own set of cookies. Similarly, our website presents a Trustpilot widget that delivers its own cookie.
