To be able to use Phlo, you must be registered with a GP Practice in England.
To register with Phlo and for us to receive your prescriptions directly from your GP, we ask you for:
First and last name
Date of birth
Address of your GP surgery
You can choose to provide a landline number or a mobile number. We recommend adding your mobile number will allow you to receive SMS updates on the progress of your order.
We’ll also ask if you have a valid NHS exemption or if you pay for your prescriptions.
