I have a new exemption; how do I tell Phlo?

After registering with Phlo, you can update your exemption at any time from your Phlo profile. Our Pharmacy team will be automatically notified when you add or change your exemption.

I need to change the address for my next delivery order

When ordering your prescription delivery, you can choose the delivery address and payment details you want to use for each order.

I need to change the delivery address of an order I’ve already placed

Please get in touch as soon as you can with our Pharmacy team, who will help you change your delivery address. We are only able to change the delivery address prior to dispatch.

I need to make a change to my medication

Please go to your GP to make any changes to your medication as this may require a consultation. Phlo’s position as a Pharmacy is to fulfil prescriptions, we cannot make changes to prescriptions.
