Why are there no prescription(s) "Ready to Order" in my app?

GP approval times for new prescription request

When you first register with Phlo, it can take up to 72 hours for your prescriptions to be confirmed and sent through EPS by your GP. Other reasons may include:

You’ve just requested your prescription

If you’ve just requested your prescription, it can take up to 72 hours for your GP to approve your request. Only after your GP approves your prescription request can you order your medication.

We’ll let you know as soon as your prescription is ready to order.

You have a ‘one-off’ (acute) prescription

If you have a one-off medication that isn’t showing up on your account, be assured that when Phlo has received your prescription, and you will be notified when it is ready to order.

Your medication is out of stock

If the medication you have been prescribed is out of stock, we will place your order on hold until we receive more stock. You will be notified by email if this is the case.

We will notify you via a notification on your account, an email and text when your items are ready to be ordered.
