Yes, if you’re on a repeat prescription you will have to request and re-order your medication each time you need it, just as you would if you were using a brick-and-mortar pharmacy.

But don’t worry!

Phlo will send you a reminder notification on your account, an email and text when you are due to order your medication. This way you have peace of mind knowing that you won’t forget to order your medication.

We advise that you place your order within 7 days of the renewal date to ensure there is no disruption to your supply of medication.

If your medication cycle changes, please get in touch with our Pharmacy team so we can set you new reminder notifications.
