Phlo operates using the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which allows electronic transfer of your prescription from your GP to Phlo Digital Pharmacy.
How does my nomination work with the EPS?
At present you can only nominate one pharmacy to receive all your electronic prescriptions, however, your nominated pharmacy can be switched at any time.
I’m a previous Phlo user but I’ve been using a different pharmacy. How do I change my nomination back to Phlo?
If you’ve used Phlo before but you have un-nominated us, simply log back into the Phlo app and re-nominate Phlo from your profile page. Alternatively, please contact the Pharmacy team.
Do I have to inform anyone?
No, you do not need to inform anyone that you have changed your Pharmacy nomination as this should update your GP for you.
If you need your previous pharmacy to release your script, or have outstanding medication from another pharmacy you can contact our Pharmacy team by:
Chatting to us via the live chat on our website or through the Phlo app
Phoning the pharmacy at 020 8191 9444
