Unfortunately, you do not get any exemptions if you are a private patient.

If you receive private prescriptions, or have been insured by your company through Bupa, you do not receive NHS exemptions.

What if I live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and get Free NHS prescriptions?

You do not get free private prescriptions even if you get free NHS prescriptions in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. The NHS and private sectors are not related.
