If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, please head to the Phlo app, and click on “Reset password”.
From here, enter your email address and click on reset password.
You will receive an e-mail containing a password reset link. We recommend checking your spam and junk folders as well.
Please be patient as your e-mail may take up to 20 minutes to arrive.
You can then reset your password by following the link in the email.
I can't see the email with the link to reset my password?
If you are locked out of your account or do not receive your password reset email, please speak to our Pharmacy team who will help you reset your password.
