We recommend that you use a secure e-mail account to which you have easy and continuous access, as we will regularly send you updates on the progress of your order and important communications.

When creating a Phlo account, we recommend that you use a personal e-mail address.

If you would like to change the e-mail address associated with your Phlo account, please get in touch with our Pharmacy team, who will be happy to change this on your behalf.
