After registering with Phlo, you can update your exemption at any time from your Phlo ‘Profile’.

It is advised that you contact our Pharmacy team to make them aware of your exemption status and upload evidence of your exemption to [email protected].

We will ensure that your medication order is not delayed whilst we wait for your exemption evidence.

Please note that should the information provided by you be incorrect, appropriate action might be taken by the NHS.

**The NHS non longer sends a new plastic exemption card to eligible patients. This exemption is now emailed. You need to send a screenshot to [email protected].
