The NHS login service is provided by NHS England. Anyone who is registered with a GP Practice in England can register for an NHS Login account.

Unfortunately, if you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and are registered with GP practice out with England, you are not eligible to use NHS Login or Phlo’s services.

This is because Phlo uses NHS England’s Electronic Prescription Service which currently operates in England only.
