In order to use the NHS login service with Phlo, your account must be verified at a high-level.

The NHS may need you to supply more information so they can prove who you are before granting access to your personal information.

Once your NHS login account has been verified, you will not need to provide this information again. You can find out more about the different proofing levels here.
