Yes, we want our Phlo users to know where their prescription is every step of the way.
You will find your current orders in the orders tab, showing the progress of each order.
If the order status is 'Out for Delivery' you can track your delivery in real-time using GPS technology within the Phlo app and have it delivered to any location you choose in a bookable time slot through the app.
If you select our Royal Mail delivery method this does not include live-tracking but will include basic details about when the medication was dispatched.
This method can be done by contacting us via the in-app messenger.
