Getting your medication from Phlo can be broken down into two steps:
Requesting your prescription(s)
Completing your order and scheduling delivery
When you request a prescription, we send it to your GP electronically and wait from them to approve it. This process can take from 2 hours up to 72 hours during busy periods.
Once your GP has approved your prescription request, we’ll let you know that you can complete your order and schedule delivery.
At this point, you have the option to select from several delivery methods:
Real-time, same-day delivery service in our real-time areas (London and Birmingham)
Postal delivery services across England, such as tracked next-day delivery, and tracked 48-hour delivery
How long your medication takes to get to you will depend on which delivery method you select.
