How do I use Phlo to order my prescription?

You need a Phlo account to request and order prescriptions using the Phlo app.

My previous pharmacy is now part of Phlo, do I have an account?

If Phlo recently took over your previous pharmacy, your Phlo account is ready to be activated. You will be sent an email from Phlo with a link to create a password for your account. Once you have created your password, you will have full access to your Phlo account where you can order your medication.

How do I order a prescription with Phlo?

When you are ready, visit www.wearephlo.com and click on “log in”. Use your email address and the password you have set to login.

When you log in, you will be able to see a list of any repeat prescription items you currently take. Simply select the medication you need to request. This will then be sent to your GP for approval.

When your request has been approved by your GP, you will receive an email and text notification to let you know when you can schedule your delivery to place your order in the Phlo app.

How do I help a family member order their prescription?

Each Phlo account is unique and needs a unique email address and password to log in and order medication. If you have permission from your family member to manage ordering medication on their behalf you can request and order from their account.

How quickly can I receive my prescription items?

For the introduction of patients your existing delivery driver will be delivering your medication as before. We will let you know when we are moving to our Phlo same day and next day delivery options.

How does Phlo make sure I receive my repeat prescriptions on time?

Our Pharmacists will make sure that you receive your repeat medication on time. The Phlo pharmacy system logs when you receive any repeat prescriptions and when your next prescription will be due. Our systems will then indicate that your supply is due to run out and will prompt you with a reminder to request your next prescription.

Your prescription is sent for approval early in case of any delays. You will then receive an email and text notification to let you know when you can schedule your delivery to place your order on our Phlo app.

How long do I have to wait before the GP approves my request?

After you send a request, your prescription request will be sent to your GP surgery for approval.

Your GP will either approve or deny your request within 72 hrs (or 3 working days).

If you have not received any information regarding your request after this time, please get in touch with our team at Phlo.

Your GP may need to speak to you before they approve your prescription.

Can Phlo fulfil my one-off prescriptions?

Yes, with Phlo as your nominated pharmacy, we can fulfil any one-off prescriptions you may require.

Your GP can send us your prescriptions using the NHS Electronic Prescription Service and you will then receive an email and text notification to order your prescription and schedule delivery in the Phlo app.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
