Phlo is a GPhC registered, and NHS approved Digital Pharmacy that works with your GP to deliver your medication directly to you.

How we work with your GP

We work directly with your NHS GP by using the Electronic Prescription Service. When you sign up with Phlo, we receive your prescriptions electronically from your GP, which will then display in the Phlo app.

When you request a prescription in the Phlo app, we send your request directly to your GP. Once your GP approves the prescription request, we then inform you that you can now schedule the delivery of your medication.

Our reminder service will ensure that you never forget to order your prescription on time.

Your GP’s role

Your GP is the only person authorised to make any amendments to your NHS prescription based on your medical history. If you require changes to your existing prescription, please contact your GP surgery.
