Once you submit your prescription request, your GP may take up to 72 working hours to approve or decline your request.

Once your GP has approved your request, the Phlo pharmacy team will process it in a short amount of time.

Once that's done, you will receive an e-mail and text from Phlo informing you that you can now complete your order and schedule the delivery of your medication.
