What If I’m not in or miss my delivery?
In most cases, delivery will be re-attempted the next working day. The delivery driver will leave you a card or you will receive an email asking you to reschedule your delivery when it's convenient for you.
What If I’m not in or miss my delivery for my refrigerated medication?
We notify you when your prescription is on route to you. We send your prescriptions via:

DPD (Which you will receive a 1-hour timeslot for)
Please make sure you will be in for your delivery and put your medication into the fridge as soon as you receive your medication.
