How much does NHS delivery cost?

We offer a range of secure and flexible delivery options, whether you’re requesting your usual repeat medication, or a one-off (acute) medication.

Our delivery costs will depend on whether you’re a repeat or acute patient (find out which you are in our easy explainer further below).

Repeat patient costs

*you must be registered with a GP in England.

Acute patient costs

*you must be registered with a GP in England.

How do I know if I'm a repeat or acute patient?

We’ll use your current medications and recent order history to determine whether you’re a repeat or acute patient.

You’re a repeat patient if:

  • you're an NHS patient with repeat medication on your patient record

  • you're an NHS patient without repeat medication, but you've ordered the same acute medication at least 3 times, with 15-90 days between each order

You’re an acute patient if:

  • you're an NHS patient with no repeat medication on your patient record

  • you're an NHS patient without repeat medication, and you've not ordered the same acute medication at least 3 times, with 15-90 days between each order

The total cost of your Phlo delivery will depend on which delivery option you select when completing your order.

We will always provide a free delivery option to our NHS patients and there is no additional cost to the NHS when you use Phlo as your pharmacy of choice.
