Some GP surgeries do not accept third party requests, which means you can’t request your prescription from the Phlo app (the third party).

But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to use Phlo!

You’ll just need to request your prescription directly from your GP surgery and ask for it to be sent electronically to Phlo.

Once authorised, we’ll be able to dispense and dispatch your medication to you.
