To make sure that your medication never falls into the wrong hands, our drivers will always ask for your secure delivery code, which allows them to confirm your identity before handing you the delivery.
The secure delivery code is a 4-digit code randomly generated when you place your order.
You’ll see the secure deliver code:
In the Phlo app on the live tracking map
In your confirmation e-mail
In the SMS you receive once your delivery has been dispatched
Simply quote the 4-digit code to your delivery driver, and they’ll be able to verify your identity.
Alternatively, have your photographic ID ready to show the delivery driver. We accept passports, photographic driving licences and national identity cards.
